delivery differences

Differences in the publisher deliveries in the case of the goods received, thus the deviations between amounts delivered and information on the delivery receipt respectively top label. In the case of a negative (positive) delivery difference is the real delivery quantity smaller (larger) than the amount according to the delivery receipt of the publisher. Values transmitted require the accordant sign to be indicated in the utmost right position. If no value is sent, this array remains empty.

Internal replacement deliveries with head offices respectively branches have to be registered in this array. The specimens sent in the product flow file of the transferring branch have to be stated as a negative amount and in the case of the supplied branch as a positive amount. The values must balance themselves per object and issue with the complete customer. The values have to be sent in the utmost right position of the array with the accordant sign.

The total delivery amount is shown in this array. It also contains the direct delivery of the publisher. The array is indicated without signs as an absolute value.

supply adjustments for retail trade

All specimens or dispatches which a delivery note was made for but had to be fetched back early by the retail trader for some reasons again and / or which could not be delivered at all, i.e. amounts, which have to be restored on the initiative of wholesale trade / station book-trade. Specimens which were

returned by the retail early, not according to the date of returns, may not be booked under “supply adjustments” but have to be expanded into the immaterial returns-procedure as retail return and then to be transmitted as a publisher return. The array is always indicated without signs as an absolute value during conveyance.

retail trade follow-up delivery

To safeguard the remainder of the stock all retail trade subsequent deliveries have to be carried out with calculation. After clarification of the circumstance, if applicable, a customer credit note can occur. Replacement deliveries for specimens which have been lost in the retail trade have to be regarded within the framework of this procedure as a normal follow-up delivery. The array is sent without signs as an absolute value.

In this array the physically existing amount in the warehouse which was available at the moment of the returns call is recorded. The actual stock returns must always be equal or greater than “0”. This array must never be sent with signs.

publisher returns total

In this array, the sum of the retail trade returns and calculative stock returns which a credit from the publisher is expected for,is registered. The calculative stock return as a balance from all goods movements can be negative, if specimens are taken from the retail trade returns and are delivered again to the retail trade. If modifications ought to be reported at a later date, these modifications have to be transmitted with a corresponding sign as a correction of the primarily reported total returns.
